FAQs

How do I get there?

Please see our contact page for map & directions. We will have drop-off and collection zones on site. There will be car parking available within a 5 minute walk. Nominating a designated driver within your group is a great way to enjoy the event safely avoiding public transport and eliminating contact with others than those in your pod. The nearest train station is Sallins & Naas - a 50 min walk or 8 min taxi ride from the site. We don't have shuttles available this year due to restrictions, but private minibuses are welcome. The 126 bus route is the closest to the estate. We recommend you pre-arrange your trransport in advance including pre-booking taxis.

What is a pod?

All guests will have a socially distanced area with picnic table seating (pod) seating up to 4-6 people so they can share the experience, music and food with their family and friends safely. An added bonus is everyone will have an assigned table so you will never lose your spot, and it will be easier to find your group after a trip to the bar!

How do pod tickets work?

Due to covid restrictions, guests will be based at a picnic table with their pod throughout the event. Firstly - choose your event session that suits your group. We have matinee and evening shows all weekend with various acts. Tickets are only sold in pods of either 4 people or 6 people so you will need to group together and let one person make the booking for you all. Due to strict limited capacity - only up to 4 people will be permitted entry if you have a 4-person pod ticket, or up to 6 people if you have a 6-person pod ticket. Tickets are priced differently depending on what zone the pod is in: Bronze, Silver and Gold with Gold being closest to the stage. Tickets work out €30, €35 or €40 per person + booking fee. There are no single / general admission tickets available, table / pod tickets only.

What if the event cannot go ahead due to covid-19 restrictions?

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation regarding covid-19. Should your booking be affected by new restrictions and protocols, we will do our very best to assist in rescheduling where possible and appropriate. Management will offer refunds beyond our normal T&C’s if new government protocols in your district, or our district require it. Please note that only ticket prices will be refunded, any booking fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstance as they are paid to 3rd parties for the payment processing and ticketing service.

Are children allowed at this event?

Children and U18's are permitted but they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children above 2 years old also must be accounted for in your numbers for your table due to strict capacity limitations. This event is aimed at adults and there will be alcohol served - we will be using the 'Challenge 21' policy - I.D. will be required if you are lucky enough to look under 21.

What time can we arrive on the day?

Please aim to arrive at the start of your session time. Matinee show times are 12pm - 5pm and evening shows are 6pm - 11pm. Laughs shows are 7:30 - 11pm. Please double check the starting time on your ticket before you arrive, this is the time the gate opens for your event! You can only gain access to the site for your particular session time and must vacate the estate premises after this. Further info will be emailed to all ticket holders.

Is there accommodation available?

We do not have overnight accommodation available on site at the moment unfortunately. No camping / caravans are permitted overnight. We recommend nearby Hotels 'Westgrove Hotel' or 'Killashee Hotel'.

Why is there a booking fee added?

There are charges passed on to us by 3rd party services used to process ticketing fees, transfers and credit/debit card transactions, also for the installation and maintenance of systems and software and all other costs associated with our ticketing system and its delivery. Booking fees work out at €2.50 per person. Please note that refunds under any circumstances, only apply to ticket prices and not to booking fees. Booking fees are charged at the start of a transaction for services and cannot be refunded by the operator.

How many tickets can you buy in one transaction?

You can only purchase a number of tables in one transaction in order to be close to other friends family tables (once available). This only applies if you buy tickets within the same zone e.g. Gold zone's 6 person pods cannot be placed beside Bronze zone's 4 person pods. Ticket bookers will be the lead contact for any contact tracing purposes.

Do I need to buy a whole pod?

Yes you do. Pods can be purchased for 4 or 6 people. No single tickets or general admission will be available

Can we purchase a whole pod (e.g. 4 person capacity) and have less people (e.g. 2 people)?

Yes, but you will need to cover the cost of the entire pod.

Can you put my friend’s pod next to mine?

Please book togeether as one transaction if you want to be next to friends pods. This is only if you have booked your pod in the same zone (Gold, Silver or Bronze). If it's too late and you have already bought your pods, send an email to tickets@atthemanor.ie with both of the booking references and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.

What does the ticket price include?

Ticket prices include entry to the festival site for your booked session (5 hours either matinee or evening show), an assigned picnic table and bench seating for your pod, entertainment and performances by some amazing party bands and tribute acts, plus access to premium festival food and bars. Because of the reduced capacities and increased costs due to Covid-19 protocols, we do acknowledge that our guests are paying a premium on their ticket price to facilitate a reduced capacity to provide a safe and social distanced environment to meet government requirements during the pandemic. Reduced numbers are the only way such an event will be able to go ahead this summer and we are delighted to be in a position to provide this - we all miss our festivals and summer gigs - we need this!

Will there be food & drinks? Can I bring my own?

Yes we will have delicious food stalls and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on sale at our festival bars. BYO food is not permitted unless it is for specific dietary / medical needs. Strictly no alcohol can be brought into the venue. We will be using the ‘Challenge 21’ policy at the bars, meaning ID required if you are lucky to look under 21. Personal belongings will be searched on arrival and any alcohol found will be confiscated on arrival. Any guests found with alcohol not purchased on the premises could face eviction from the event.

Which zone should I choose?

That depends on what you are into….. GOLD ZONE: Picnic tables closest to the stage and all the action! SILVER SECTION: Picnic tables in our favourite position, in line with where we mix the sound, close to bars! BRONZE SECTION: Best ticket price at the event, come with friends and save

How much are tickets?

Tickets are priced from €30pp + booking fee (tickets are sold in pods of 4 and 6 only and include your group’s picnic table). Prices will vary between different events, please check out the pricing on the page for the particular theme you are interested in.

What if it rains?

At The Manor is an outdoor festival event embracing the Irish summer whatever it throws at us! We will be going ahead rain or shine so we encourage guests to check the forecast and bring rain gear if the weather isn't looking the best. We encourage our guests to bring your rain gear, boots, hats and hoods and make the most of the day. Unfortunately as with most outdoor music festivals, parasols and table coverings are not allowed for the health and safety of all. This year it must be a summer of outdoor events so we will be hoping for sun, but making the most of it either way! We will have ponchos on sale too just in case!

Can I leave my car overnight?

Yes, cars may be left at our on-site carpark overnight to be collected the next morning but are left at the owner's risk. No camping / caravans are permitted overnight, all guests must vacate the venue once their session has ended.
